back pack camera bag

Bags Galore: The Camera Backpack for a Stylish Camera Carrying Gear

When you go out of the house to go somewhere else, you never forget to bring your bag. Bags are very important; it's where you put all your stuff. In fact, you've been using it ever since you were in the pre-school. And now that you're all-grown up, you still can't live without it.

Bags are used in many different ways. There are school bags, designer bags for men and women, laptop bags, accessory bags, and most of all, a camera bag for your precious camera. If you love photography, and you take your most prized possession with you (that is your camera), you want to ensure its safety. Then what you need is a camera bag. There are bags specially made for cameras.

If you dont want to carry a bag, you can opt for a backpack camera-bag. Just sling it over your shoulders, and off you go. It's not difficult to find one because it is widely available in department stores and even on the net. You are already aware that you can actually go shopping on the net without leaving your home. Through the Internet, you can choose from many styles of bags for your camera. Look for online stores that offer this type of bags.

Some of the bags available are the following:

1.APPOLLO camera back pack
2.Canon Deluxe Back pack
3.LowePro Slingshot 100AW Digital Camera Backpack
4.Tamrac back pack Mini Trekker
5.Pro mini back pack camera bag

These are just some of the backpack bags available for cameras. There are many brands of bags, and oftentimes when it comes to choosing the bag, it depends on what camera you have and on how you are going to use the bag. Since there are many bags to choose from, you should first identify your needs and what other accessories you plan to put into your bag.

You can find camera backpacks easy for toting. Some bags have a lot of pockets in case you need to carry other items like batteries or films. Some bags even have a compass attached to it, more like the military bags. The bottom section of the bag is where you usually put your camera and the bag's top section is for your personal gear.

You can find back packs in different colors and designs. If you want to spend more money on your camera bag, you can also go for ones which are specially designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. There are camera bags which have rain covers to completely protect your camera form getting wet, and a lot of compartments for other important things. You can even put your MP3 or CD players on one of its compartments.

Choose a camera bag that is durable and of top quality. Most bags, especially the expensive ones, have warranties. Sometimes, people forget these things because they want a much cheaper bag. However, if you can't afford the expensive ones, it's not a sin to buy cheap bags. Just make sure that the bag can carry your camera stuff with ease and protection.

Cameras are expensive, so naturally you want to have a perfect bag to carry your precious item. So if you're going out, make sure that you put it in your back pack rather than carrying it around.

Memory Cards

Digital Camera Memory Cards

Does it really make a difference what size memory card you use? To your camera, no; to you, however, it could mean the difference between getting the picture you want or running out of space on your memory card.
When choosing the most logical size, take into account how many pictures you usually take at a time. Your needs if you are a world traveler will be different from those of a person who only uses a camera for holiday get-togethers. You also need to decide how big the files are of the pictures you take. Smaller files such as pictures for online will take less space and enable you to fit more on a card. Larger files for printing will need more room.
If you have a 2 mega-pixel camera, 128MB is usually enough. For a 3 or 4-megapixel
camera, a 128MB or 256MB memory card is usually plenty. For a 5-megapixel camera, start with a 256MB memory card.
Here's a rough guideline of how many pictures a flash memory card can hold:
*A 128MB flash memory card can store about 21-41 large, uncompressed images or up to 100 small, compressed images. This is good enough for most photographic needs.
*A 256MB card will store about twice that, 42-82 large pictures and nearly 200 smaller ones. Important events like weddings and once in a lifetime events might warrant this size just to make sure you dont miss that one special moment.
A 1GB card has room for nearly 4 times as much as a 256MB card, If you are planning a long vacation with a lot of picture taking, this might be best with the capacity to hold 168-328 large images and a total of close to 800 smaller images.
Whatever you decide, remember you can always use several smaller cards and just change them when they are full. It only takes a few seconds to switch memory cards, so dont panic if you dont have a large memory card.

JVC GY HD100

JCV HY-HD100

At first look, the JVC HD100 looks like any other
high definition camera with a lot of switches, dials,
and places to plug in peripherals. In operation, it
functions like an old regular video camera. You
don't really need to do anything special to make a
high definition recording, just press a button -
although there are differences.

One of the things that makes this camera so nice and
unique is the amount of control you have over pretty
much everything you record. JVC really outdone
themselves here, as you can record all of your settings
on a SD memory card and save them to move on to
another JCV camera, which will save you a lot of time.

Another amazing feature enables the video camera to
automatically record to a hard disk while at the same
time recording to a tape. Recording directly to a
hard drive will save you a lot of time in the editing
process, as you can immediately begin using your
video without having to capture tape to your computer,
which can only be done in real time.

Surprisingly enough, the camera is very easy to use
either mounted on a tripod or on your shoulder. The
shoulder pad is a nice addition, being thickly padded.
To make things even better, the camera is very light.

When it comes to the quality, the GY-HD100 needs to
be seen to be believed. HD video is intended to look
like real life. There is an extended gray scale, a
heightened sense of color - and the resulting detail
is simply incredible.

HD at this incredible level has 720 X 1028 lines of
progressive video, which means that the video is shot
in one entire frame at a time. Also, it can be
recorded at 24 or even 30 frames per second.

The 24 fps resembles film and if you plan to convert
to film, it's a great way to shoot - as you can
quickly and easily go directly to film. The 30 fps
has more data per second, although it is not
appropriate for making a film project.

If you want to experience HD without spending over
70,000$, then the JCV GY-HD100 is more than worth
your time and money. Even though it doesn't record
uncompressed HD video, it does record a picture
that is far superior to the standard picture you get
with an average everyday camera. HD is rapidly
becoming the future, and with the GY-HD100 - its here
and now.

digital photography review

Have You Read any Digital Photography Review Lately?

Do not miss digital photography reviews as something not worth your time. Contrary to what you may think, you will get a lot of relevant ideas from reading these reviews. In the end, they will help you a lot in your digital photography wants and needs.

Over the years, digital photography has taken over the world of picture-taking and snapshots. It is the very same reason why there are now a lot of real-life photos for people to enjoy.

The need to have photos taken digitally comes from the need to do away with films and other hassles brought about by shooting photos. Not only that, the expenses that used to pile up when buying films and having them developed is also erased.

To be able to keep up with the shift to digital photography, more and more digital cameras and printers have sprung. It seems that what seems to be the most advanced feature today will be outsmarted by another in a few months time. This is the reason why people are always on the lookout for digital photography reviews. This is where they get to read about the latest and where they get the option of what they should have next.

What are some of the reasons why people embraced digital photography so warmly?

1. No film required.

This is probably the primary reason people would rather buy digital cameras even if they cost as much as 5 times more than the conventional film camera. After the initial money spent, there would be no need to buy films over and over again so that they can take pictures.

Without films, you do not have to fear that they will run out any minute. This is especially if you have to take some shots only to find that you do not have film left. With digital cameras, you can take as many pictures as you want as long as your camera has a large memory.

Not only that, days of waiting for the pictures to be developed is definitely out of the question. You can print the photos yourself in the comfort of your home.

2. Easy to carry.

Digital photography cameras are lightweight and they are getting smaller and smaller every year. You can expect manufacturers to come up with additional features that will make photo taking much easier.

Now, you can do away with handbags to carry your camera anywhere. You also do not have to bring camera accessories anywhere you go because one digital camera is all you need to take great pictures all day.

3. Instant edit and delete.

Not satisfied with the way the photo was taken? No problem. All you have to do is edit them before you have them printed.

In addition, you have the capability of deleting unwanted shots even before they are printed. This certainly saves you time and resources since you get to choose the photos you want to have on your album. The initial amount of money you have paid for the digital camera is worth it once you realize the minimal expenses you need to pay in the developing and printing.

These are enough reasons why you should shift to digital photography. Not sure yet if you want one? Try reading digital photography reviews and be convinced.
